Applied International is a private investment company investing in a diverse range of companies and products. Its origins were the Applied Chemicals group founded in 1942. Applied was established in the United Kingdom in 1952 and Applied Chemicals is still a major part of our portfolio today.

As of May 31 2007 , Applied Intenational has fully divested its Investment in Applied Chemicals to ITW ( www.itw.com) in Australia and to ORAPI ( www.orapi.com) in Asia and Europe.
